Avoid retinol, exfoliants, waxing (3-5 days prior), and Botox/fillers (7-10 days prior). Stay hydrated, limit sun exposure, and arrive with a clean face. After your facial, follow your esthetician’s advice—avoid heavy makeup, sun exposure, and use gentle skincare to maintain results. Relax and enjoy!

A 15-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals. If you arrive after this period, your appointment may be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
You will receive both 48-hour and 24-hour email reminders before your appointment.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file.
